  • Small Business Administration (SBA) Loan: Many new businesses can qualify for a SBA Loan. A SBA Loan is created especially to help new businesses have the best start possible. Loan requests can be structured for longer periods of time. This type of loan can also provide favorable financing for established businesses.
  • Traditional Business Financing: At some point or another, almost every business will need some type of financing. For this, we offer Traditional Business Financing for businesses. This includes Equipment and Real Estate Lending and Working Capital Loans on accounts receivable and inventory.
  • Lines of Credit: Specialized Business Lines of Credit are available for businesses. Upon approval, it's as simple as making a phone call to move funds to the proper account.
  • Farm Financing: The farming industry is a very important part of our communities, and First Community Bank wants to do its part to help. Farm Financing is specifically structured to best serve the needs of each individual customer. Types of Farm Financing include crop production, equipment, and real estate. We also offer operating lines of credit. First Community Bank also participates in the Farm Service Agency (FSA) Guarantee Programs.


Hours of operation for receiving Business Loan payments are 8:30 am – 3:00 pm, Monday – Friday, except bank holidays. All other payments received will be credited as of the next loan operations business day or as otherwise permitted by law. Loan Payments Received Through Internet Banking - Payments to a First Community Bank loan initiated through our Internet Banking BILL PAYMENT service must be submitted 5 days prior to the delivery date (Not the Preferred Method). Payments to any First Community Bank loan initiated through our Internet Banking TRANSFER service must be received by 5:00 pm, Monday - Thursday, and 6:00 pm, Friday, except bank holidays, to be credited as of the date of transfer (Preferred Method). All other payments initiated through our Internet Banking TRANSFER service after the above mentioned time frames will be credited as of the next loan operations business day or as otherwise permitted by law.
