Qualified Written Notice of Error
If you prefer a written response, please provide the error in writing. Within 5 days of receiving a written error notice acknowledge receipt of the error notice. We will determine whether an error occurred no later than 30 business days after receiving written notice of the asserted error. If we need more time, we may extend the time period for investigating and responding to a written notice of error by 15 business days; however, we will notify you before the end of the 30 day period of the extension and the reasons for the delay in responding.
If the asserted error is regarding a payoff balance, we will respond no later than 7 days after receiving written notice of the asserted error. If the asserted error is regarding errors relating to foreclosure, we will respond prior to the date of the foreclosure sale or within 30 days of receiving the written notice of error. We may not extend the time period investigating and responding to a written notice of error if the asserted error is regarding a payoff balance or related to foreclosure.
You may ask for copies of the documents we used in our investigation, we will provide such documents at no charge within 15 business days of receiving the requests.

Hours of operation for receiving Residential Real Estate Loan payments and Credit Line Loan payments are 8:00 am Ė 4:30 pm, Monday Ė Thursday, and 5:00 pm Friday, except bank holidays. All other payments received will be credited as of the next loan operations business day or as otherwise permitted by law. Loan Payments Received Through Online Banking or Mobile Banking - Payments to a First Community Bank loan initiated through our Online Banking or Mobile Banking BILL PAYMENT service must be submitted 2 days prior to the delivery date (Not the Preferred Method). Payments to any First Community Bank loan initiated through our Online Banking or Mobile Banking TRANSFER service must be received by 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, except bank holidays, to be credited as of the date of transfer (Preferred Method). All other payments initiated through our Online Banking or Mobile Banking TRANSFER service after the above mentioned time frames will be credited as of the next loan operations business day or as otherwise permitted by law.
